- Pease must notify Rodneyselectronics.co.za of the exchange within 7 days of purchasing the item we will only process a return and a refund if you notify via mail at info@rodneyselectronics.co.za. if the item is faulty Rodneyselectronics.co.za will be liable for that cost. Replacements, refunds, or credits will only be affected once the goods in question have been returned to us and inspected.
- A 35% Transaction Fee of the poduct value + collection fee will be deducted from refunds where orders were cancelled due to Change of Heart. If you received the goods damaged or defective, we will replace the item if we have stock. Failing that, we will refund you for the damaged goods in full. Goods will only be accepted, and the relevant remedy offered if the item is still in its original packaging and has not been modified in any way. We will not refund if there is any evidence that the product has been used or tempted with. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- In line with the CPA a handling fee of up to 15% of the value of the product may be charged when the product/packaging is not returned in its original purchase condition.
Refunds will ONLY be deposited back, into the credit card used for the purchase or into your bank account if payment was made by eft. Refunds are completed within 7-25 working day
Returning products that are not what you ordered.
If an incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Please don’t remove the product from its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team on 087 700 0706 or email orders@rodneyselectronics.co.za to notify us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
